Daniel is a native of Altamont, Illinois located in Effingham County. Daniel joined the law firm in 2008 with 27 years of experience in private practice in Champaign-Urbana and Columbus, Ohio. He is recognized as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense; Commercial Litigation; and Insurance Law. He is AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
